A lone baby can be happy by themselves. A skill they must learn, when put into groups, is to get along.  Othewise, you have little baby fights and screaming and all have a terrible time. 

If they work well together, they can be even happier than a lone baby cooing and gurgling at a mobile. When was the last time you were so happy that you laughed like that thing babies do when they find something hilarious? 

The world is the way it is because too many of us did not learn.
We are just old babies.
